$33MM Guaranteed Energy Management Project for 8,000 HUD subsidized housing living units. Retrofitting, remediating and exchange of energy saving lighting, water and furnace devices, replacement windows, insulation, weatherization and roofing updates to provide better quality of life and cost savings for affordable public housing.
AEP - American Electric Power  [Brilliant, Ohio]
 
AEP's Cardinal Fossil Fuel Electric Power Generating Plant undergoing a $400MM Flue Gas Desulfurization emissions scrubbing improvement project. Upgrades required to greatly improve the environmental impact of coal buring emmissions. CAS Management Corp., provided field contract administration services for the project covering workers, contractors and subcontractors from all 14 building trades.
